Lisa Hendrickson
Lisa Hendrickson-Clarke is the President and founder of Jamaican Treasures Private Luxury Villa Rentals. Lisa was born in Kingston, Jamaica. In 1972, her family moved to North America and she was educated in Toronto, Canada, acquiring her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1983, at McMaster University majoring in Finance and Marketing.

Lisa's family has lived in Jamaica for over four generations. Among other major businesses in Jamaica, the family has strong involvements in Jamaica's hotel and tourism industry. With a passion for the villa rental industry in Jamaica, Lisa started from scratch with her first website www.jamaicantreasures.com This rapidly grew from a collection of 100 villa to the largest collection of over 300 villas in 2010 in Jamaica. Both villa owners and villa clients rapidly realized that Jamaican Treasures has become a major force in the villa rental industry in Jamaica.

With the growing expansion of her villa collection and the growing demand from an increasing number of clients requiring villa rentals, a new website for the Jamaican Collection was created in 2009, with a more sophisticated back end and administration. Christina
Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Christina knows Jamaica well!

Having studied Hotel Management in Jamaica and working in the Industry, Christina is well informed on the ins and outs of Industry.

Now living in Australia with her husband and her two children, Christina is able to balance her busy family life with her busy accounting for Luxury Villa Treasures and Jamaican Treasures.

Stephanie
Stephanie began her travel career for a villa rental company based in Fairfax, VA after graduating from Virginia Tech in 2005. She has inspected villas in over 11 islands and quickly fell in love with the Caribbean. In 2008, Stephanie moved to St. Thomas, USVI in order to experience island living firsthand. She returned to the states in 2009 and began working for Jamaican Treasures in April of 2009.

Stephanie currently resides in San Diego, CA. She enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, surfing, college and professional basketball and football and of course, exploring and travelling!

Tricia
My passion for travel began in my early 20's, which I spent touring with a Broadway Musical. I've been fortunate enough to spend time in Asia, Europe, Central and South America and the Caribbean. A few years ago I decided it was probably time to abandon the North American highways and plant some roots. I ended up back in the place where I grew up, Toronto Canada.

Shortly after, I was invited on a trip back to my native Island of Jamaica, where I was told we would be staying in a luxury villa; and luxurious it was. We found ourselves at Villa Sur Mer in Negril. This was my first villa experience and after living out of hotels for years, I couldn't imagine why anyone would choose the cramped one room hotel vacation over the lavish villa life. This was true comfort, service and relaxation at its best, unlike anything I had ever experienced before. I was intrigued with this style of luxury vacation, and realized this was a field I could work passionately in.

Being lucky enough to secure a position with Jamaican Treasures Villas in June 2007, I was able to combine my travel experience and education with my professional career. Having had the pleasure of experiencing over 90% of our roster, I am passionate about our collection and dedicated to creating the most memorable experiences for all our clients, both new and return.

Patricia
It was in 1988 that my interest was aroused for the tourism sector. I had entered the prestigious training institution of the Runaway Bay H.E.A.R.T Academy & Training Hotel, where I choose the discipline of Front Office as my preferred area of skills training. This turned out to be quite a fulfilling training experience as it took me to several island tours, seminars, presentations and meetings of several top tourism officials locally and from overseas.

The knowledge gained, saw my employment in hotels in different positions. Then it was enhanced further with employment as Information Officer for 4 years in Ocho Rios with Tourism Action Plan now TPDCO. For the past 15 years my employment has been in the villa sector – the best of vacation lifestyle; where connection with owners, management, staff, and guests has been absolutely gratifying. Thanks to my previous 10 year experience in the villa rental industry and in addition to my current employer - Jamaican Treasures of the past 5 years where I have had in-depth villa experience, I am proud of my 15 years total experience in this villa rental industry.

How thrilling it feels to receive and hear the comments of satisfied customers - "it was the best vacation ever". "Wow, it was more than we could ever imagine!" "we will be back!!"

Swady
Swady started working with Jamaican Treasures in Feb. 2006 and is our multi talented member of staff based in our local island office in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.

She has worked in the Hospitality industry for many years in Jamaica such as – Franklyn D. Resort, Breezes Hotel in Runaway Bay and Mallards Beach Hotel in Ocho Rios. She has always enjoyed working in the hospitality industry, meeting clients and making sure that customer service is put first for clients who visit the island Swady was born. Today at Jamaican Treasures, Swady assist villa clients in all aspects of Island concierge and this includes arranging their grocery pre-stock, liaison with the villa staff and the owners to ensure a smooth arrival when our guests and are introduced to their villa and the staff who will pamper them for their villa vacation. Swady also looks after the arranging of transportation, private drivers, golfing tee times, cribs, high chairs, baby sitting, birthday cakes, reggae bands, car rentals, wedding assistance on island, lost luggage, massages at the villa – you name it and Swady will be ready to assist!

Samantha
Samantha is our Concierge on island for our clients that arrive in Jamaica. She will visit them at the villa and make sure that they are welcomed and well informed while on island. The clients can always contact her if they have any questions on their holiday. Samantha also looks after the arranging of baby sitters, massage at the villas, hiring of reggae bands, offering guests the best restaurants to try while on island and much more. Going the extra mile to make our clients is comfortable and feeling at home, we extend a warm welcome while on island!

Michael Clarke
Michael is responsible for technology at Treasures Villa Group. With over 25 years in the software industry as a developer, designer and manager, Michael is the cornerstone of our multiple web channels that support the Treasures Villa Group and its customers. He has a long history working at some of the most significant IT service providers on the globe.

With a passion for technology and business development , Michael is a key weapon in our drive to provide the best for our customers, partners and staff.

Ken and Donnette Smythe
Ken and Donnette give the Treasures Villa Group the most professional transportation services with their team of dedicated licensed drivers. Providing a large range of 12, 15 and 25 seater vans, including the vehicles for guests that are physically challenged, we are able to give a high level of transportation services that our clients demand. Ken and Donette work 24/7 with the Treasures Villa Group. In this way we are able to provide our clients with professional on island transportation services every day of the year.

Courtney
A professional licensed JUTA driver for Jamaican Treasures, Courtney is one of our outshining examples of a fantastic driver. Courtney has consistently had the most favourable testimonials....because he is just the best! Everybody loves Courtney. He is a driver in demand. He keeps our guests returning with special requests for his services time and time again. Courtney also has fun driving for our professional photographers when they are on island. So he knows all of our villas in Jamaica! Very organized and prompt for all his villa guests, Courtney is another reason why our on island staff at Jamaican Treasures works cohesively together as a great team.
