Trade winds is located in the Seafeather Bay, a very quiet village on the south eastern part of the island. This two bedroom and two bathroom is very comfortable, and shares a pool with three other villas.

The rooms consists of living area, dinning and kitchen. The decor is very bright and has a very smooth atmosphere.

Trade winds can be your next holiday villa, accompanied by friends or family who can enjoy comfort and relaxation with the other two villas and shared pool.

Rates are per night and are quoted in U.S. Dollars

50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.

If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.

Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m.

Maximum occupany is 2 people per room. Additional persons are $25.00 per person per night.

Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.

Maximum 2 persons per bedroom. $25 per person for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.

Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
